HDPE is recyclable and lasts a very long time.
Drive onto the rocks, drop it out of a crane? No problem, no damage.
HDPE also grows much less than other materials. So no antifouling is needed.
This is better for the environment, cheaper and easier. Once in a while take the boat out of the water, quickly spray it off and put it back in. No corrosion (aluminium), rust (steel), wood rot (wood) or osmosis (polyester).
That is why we have developed a Jon boat made of HDPE.
Ideal for workmen, fishermen, pleasure boating on the lakes or on the canals.
